Panasonic has just released its new LB80 series of LCD projectors that include PT-LB80NTU, PT-LB75NTU and PT-LW80NTU beamers. Just 7 pounds heavy, these are the lightest in their class from what I've been told.
All of them have built-in wireless to connect to a PC without wires, have 1,024 x 768 to 1,280 x 800 resolutions and brightness levels from 2,600 to 3,200 lumens. The prices start from $1,999 and reach up to $3,499 and if you're not scared go ahead, buy one, and look at Star Wars on it.
