Smartphones, something every real businessman should own. Here we have MWg that is trying to get the "thing started" by announcing two new mobile phones: UBiQUiO 501 and UBiQUiO 503g. Both are running on Windows Mobile 6 Professional, have QWERTY keyboards and touch screen displays.
The first one is UBiQUiO 501 that runs on a TI OMAP 750 200 MHz processor, has a 2.5-inch display QVGA (65k colors) TFT display, 128 MB ROM and 64MB of RAM, GPRS Class 10 and a 2megapixel camera. Other goodies include Bluetooth 1.2 with A2DP, 802.11b/g WiFi, IrDA and mini USB connectivity and miniSD.
The other one is UBiQUiO 503g which has a better processor the 520MHz Intel XScale 270, a 2.4-inch QVGA (240x320) display, 192MB ROM and 96MB of RAM. It has almost the same specs as the 501 except for IrDA. Instead of GPRS Class 10 this one gets HSDPA 3.6 Mbps which is great.
I think they are good sports on the market and for a good price they'll have good sales.
