For me it has never been easy to use such a mouse. It's big, can't fit well in my palm and to be honest is heavy. I'm afraid of using them, but for the sakes of it I sure need to tell you more about the Wow-Pen Joy Mouse because it looks great and they say it's truly ergonomic.
