I must say that the world is coming to its senses after I've heard that bio-fuels startup Coskata Energy will be GM's partner for the cellulosic ethanol project. Coskata Inc is on their way of finishing the process of producing cheap cellulosic ethanol from biomass, municipal solid waste and any other carbon-containing material.
The reason why GM signed a deal and took an equity stake in Coskata is the future of the business. We all want more miles per gallon or hybrid engines and with the oil prices going up (to the sky) driving a car on gas will not be cheap. We need to look further. That's what GM and Coskata Energy did.
