CES is rapidly coming around the corner and news have just arived. Apparently, our friends at GearLog got an email from Samsung, which mentioned that at CES in January, the company will at least discuss about the 1.3-inch hard drive project.
They also mentioned, briefly, that if something like that would become real and I can tell you I'm used with Samsung being the first in the world with a lot of things, it will target mobile consumer devices. How does that blend in with the NAND flash memory because I don't see a very good mix of these two.
CES in January will probably bring more info about it and we will update.
