
Nokia recently started discussions to buy Navteq and the answer came today. Navteq's shareholders voted the aquisition with an overwhelming majority the $8.1 billion price and can now be considered very rich.

Navteq is famous for producing maps and Internet maps, software for in-car navigation systems and portable navigation devices. If I'm not mistaken we already covered a few of them and the verdict said they're on track.
Nokia's shares upped by 54 cents to $39.55 (that's double from what it was last February) while Navteq's price rose with only 11 cents to $74.49.
