A report by Canalys came out these days and talks about smartphones market share in Q3 of 2007. The results are not very surprising with the iPhone in the second place with 27% market share in North America, after BlackBerry and before Windows Mobile smartphones.
Though I expected it, this sounds like a great deal because Apple managed to do it in just a few months while others worked years for such ranks (and a few probably failed). RIM holds the first place right now, but if the iPhone will grow at the same rate even if it's sold via one carrier, when the next report will come out it will be the first. That's certain.
