The fact that the British caught writing cellphone short messages or chatting while driving a vehicle could face jail for two years, is not really new. Apparently the law is about to change and simply talking on the phone while steering the wheels (without a headset I guess) may end up in the same situation.
The laws in the UK, as we speak, are not that bad and punishment consists of three poitns on their license and a fine. Though if the new guidlines will be applied, the Brits will be tagged with "dangerous driving, which carries a two-year maximum sentence and an unlimited fine".
Not the best thing if you like talking on the phone while driving.
