Benq just released a new digital camera, X835, which surprised me in a good way because it has a 8MP sensor, 3x optical zoom and a very high ISO sensitivity that can go up to ISO 2000 for still image capture and ISO 6400 for video capture (30fps MPEG-4 in VGA mode). For a standard camera this could translate in high noise levels but until we can make a review I can't tell for sure.
Benq X835 has a 2.5-inch LCD display, 16MB built-in memory, SD/SDHC for up to 4GB cards and should come in red and black. No release date or price have been disclosed so far but will probably come early in 2008.
