The latest source for unlocked iPhones is India. I konw it might come as a shock to you but it's true that Compact International is offering a 8GB model for Citibank and Diners Club Card members with six installments of $147 that would sum up for a total of $882.
Though it sounds a little bit expensive and is a phone in a country that is not yet supported by Apple's sales and with no warranty (it's an unlocked version) and probably no support from the technicians, or service if everything bad happens, I am sure it will win the Indian market, too and will probably head to Russia next?
