
The title says it all and excuse me for saying but this sounds like a flashlight a super hero would have in it's bag. Chris O'Shea, an electronics programmer that graduated in England from MediLab Arts at the University of Plymouth, is the one that designed the X-Ray Flashlight, with infrared technoloy coded in C++ using openFrameWorks which is a set of libraries for artists and designers.
I do have one problem with it. Will it bring any medical issues if there are people in the other room? What about privacy, if my neighbour can see me with my wife working on a baby? The answers make me think it won't be mass produced.
