Last month I was amazed to hear about the new Hasselblad H3D II DSLR that sports 39megapixels with a mere cost of $37,000 but apparently these guys are not yet done because they announced a very nice upgrade, but expensive.

 

The new version is Hasselblad H3DII-39MS which is now both a multi-shot (MS) and a single shot that eliminates the need to interpolate images. This new upgrade is intended to photographers that do still life and architecture, to offer "image quality equal or in many cases superior to anything they’ve experienced before" said Christian Poulsen, CEO of Hasselblad.

 

That's a $7000 upgrade because Hasselblad H3DII-39MS is priced at $43,995.
