Not sure about you, but I've never been impressed with the digital cameras General Electric (NYSE:GE) released so far. They prices are not the best and so are the specs. However this time is different because there is a new reason why you should buy the new GE H855 digital cameras, that says from each sale of the new H855, GE will donate a small amount the Susan G. Komen breast cancer foundation.

I know, and GE knows, that not many people will pay a good amount of money for a digital camera just to support the foundation, because they could donate directly. However, I see improvements from their older models, this time the new GE H855 coming with 5x optical zoom from a full 8megapixel sensor, 3-inch LCD and 28-mm wide-angle lens.

From the picture above it looks like only the pink version will have the red ribbon, but GE assured that percents will be donated even from the black version. We don't have a price tag yet, but you'll be able to buy your GE H855 on the Home Shopping Network from October 20th.
