The card is built on Motorola's pre-WiMAX OFCM technology, is powered only by your laptop's energy and living in an area where Clearwire has coverage you can benefit of a 1.5Mbps connection of wireless internet. If you think it can offer what you need then pay Clearwire a subscription fee of $59.99 a month and $6.99 to lease the card or $230 to buy it.
