The British from T3 Magazine, specialized in news and reviews of gadgets, gizmos and other technology, which is published by Future Publishing, held the T3 Gadget Awards,the Oscars of the technology world, on October 10th when Apple left home with 6 (SIX) awards.
The title for the best gadget ever went to Apple's iPod, which was the first gadget that brought technology to the mainstream be it young or older people. The iPod had to fight against reputable candidates like Sony PS2, Sony walkman and Nintendo Gameboy.
Another winners for Apple have been
- the iPhone is The Most Anticipated of 2007
- iTunes won the Best Download Service
- MacBook Pro laptop, is the Drop Dead Gorgeous
- and again iPod for the Best Commuter Gadget and The Best Music Gadget
"Apple really does appear to be an unstoppable force right now. The iPhone and the iPod Touch may have received some mixed press at times, but consumers are salivating over the products and the company is still unshakeable" said Michael Brook, an Editor with T3 Magazine.
