I'm not too much into very expensive laptops but if you can afford $5,000 for a quad-core processor, and have the muscles to carry all those 12 pounds with you, I guess you'd be really interested to find reviews of Xtrem 917V.

 

The main PROs are the quad-core processor, of course, SLI graphics and customizable design. However I don't think the price is good because the guys at ComputerShopper have also found some bad points. So except the five thousand dollars, there are no HDMI ports, an operating system that will make you pay for it and not enough multimedia controls, it's a good laptop, but not the best.
