How about a portable media player that you can use as a GPS tracking unit? I am already feeling better over here because that's somethin I could use to connect to my car's audio system getting to play audio or video files on it, while I get the route.

 

SpeedMate announced a new model, SM-7081 that is going to do exactly what I've said above. It has a 7-inch screen that sports 800x600 resolutions for audio, video and image playback, a SiRF GPS chipset, T-DMB tuner and an SD storage slot. The new SpeedMate SM-7081 sounds like a bargain for $430 but we need to see it before the verdict is given.
