News about a new ebook reader from Sony just hit the market. The new model is supposed to be launched in Chiago at Abt Electronics and is an improved and redesigned version of the Sony reader which hit the market one year ago.

 

Sony PRS-505, the ebook reader, will come in silver or blue and will sport double memory than the old Sony Reader. Rumors say that the display is going to get an upgrade, too, but we have no real information about it. The price is supposed to stay the same, $299, so you could get your hands on Sony's new ebook reader.
