Time for a new iriver with lots of functions, isn't it? You got that right because from what I've heard the new iriver W10 is going to pack lots of "attractions" inside. Let's start with the well known touchscreen TFT display, a 3-incher that works at a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels, and continue with what files it handles: WMA, MP3, OGG for audio playback and MPEG-4 and WMV9 for video.

 

iriver W10 is not all about the touchscreen and files compatibility, but it also sports Shyhook's WiF-based system that offers GPS-like positioning, NAVTEQ maps which are only good in the US, VoIP and an FM tuner. The new player is going to come in 2, 4 and 8 GB capacities and if you need more, add it via miniSD. I think it's going to be here by the holidays season but I am not sure what to tell you about the price, so far.
