Do we live in the 21st century or I am having some serious problems? Oh wait, I'm not the one with serious problems, but those guys in Nepal on the Kathmandu airport are really serious about this.
It looks like the easiest (and actually cheapest) way of repairing a Boeing 757 that won't start its engines is to sacrifice two goats just in front of it. So if by any chance you own a plane that won't work because of some missing parts, don't worry it will, just make sure you bring some "food" to Akash Bhairab, the Hindu god of sky protection. Now to make sure you're going to fly to Nepal and not take the bus, you should know that the plane's engines really started after the sacrifice, and that the officials announced it was a real electrical malfunction that prevented it from starting properly.
Happy flying! [BBC]
