If you were accustomed with seeing beautiful ladies when a new LCD or plasma TV is announced then you should know that the new Philips Aurea HDTV LCD doesn't need them to get your attention because they have enough. I could only leave the picture speak for itself and I am sure there would be some people interested in buying it.
Philips Aurea is the next generation of Philips Ambilight HDTV which is only available (by now) in 42-inch, goes 1080p LCD and an 8000:1 dynamic contrast and an 100Hz refresh rate, lots of back-lit LEDs that will bring a much powerful glow effect. It uses 26 extremely small drivers - "invisible speakers" - for a fine audio experience and has three HDMI inputs. The new Philips Aurea - 42PFL9900D model number - is going to be available next month at a price that's not yet disclosed.
