I couldn't resist telling you more about the new prototype from Casio, that they will present during IFA 2007 in Berlin. The new digital camera, yes it's an Exilim, will use Sony's 1/1.8-inch IMX017CQE sensor, and if you can't believe it let me reassure you thiere are in fact 60 (SIXTY) fps.
The new prototype will boast a 6 megapixel CMOS sensor and 12x optical zoom of high quality pictures and videos which result in a resolution of 2981 x 2184 a 2.8-inch LCD display and can actually go up to 300 fps if you scale it to VGA mode. That would make it the world's fastest shooting digital camera. We will get more on the next few days.
