LG ends war of Blu-ray vs HD DVD

468_lg-bluray-hddvd_4.jpgA long time ago, the war between Blu-ray and HD DVD ensued, not really due to which was the better format, but it was more of a consumer choice as to the number of people who would adopt which technology into their homes. So LG took no sides in this war and released the first dual mode player that supports both types of disks.
