Kim. The idea behind this short exercise is to train your marketing acumen to see whether our customers are the type who want bulk or quality.

So if you're going for quality, you have to offer a little something extra for these people who are willing to pay much more. I guess the true exercise would be to give a personality to your brand. Even if you're selling just groceries. Do your shoppers want the Gucci experience while shopping? If so, how do you quantify this? Nice lounge music perhaps? A separate meat section? Froo froo laden grocery carts?
Give a name to your brand. And from there, try to determine what type of customers you are trying to attract. This "type" can be figured out by listing down habits, expectations, spending power, and wants.
