Gadgets, gizmos, and tools to help make you more productive in business

Mostly having to do with GMail chat, the new features allow you to send conversations offline to your contacts - a feature that we've been scratching our heads for the past few months right after GMail chat was launched.

Another interesting feature is the "update conversation" button that is supposed to get you up to speed on the conversation that is currently happening in the email thread. In my network, when our server goes down we all get tons of mails from everyone asking "hey, is the network down?" Before anyone in admin had a chance to respond, the mailbox was flooded with pseudo spam.

Of course, the most interesting new feature is the launch of GMail mobile:

• It has the same Gmail interface you know and love
• Your account stays synchronized whether you access it from your computer or the phone
• You can easily view attachments such as photos, documents and .pdf files
