Novelty items sprung up like mushrooms here and there. Some will make you think: "what the hell were they thinking?" and some can make you applaud such ingenuity! Elica Lamp is probably the most unique lamp I have ever seen, for now that is, who know what they will come up with again next time. It's on and off power is brought about by blowing at the helix on top of its
dome. Yeah you read it right, blowing! Want it on?, blow on the helix. Want it off? Then just blow away again. Now ain't that smart? Touch lamps and clap lamps truly are a thing of the past now.
