Admit it - one of the reasons why we got PDAs were so that we could install a remote control application and use it to change the channels on the television inside the barber shop across our office.

But the PDA is dead, being replaced by the smartphone because the latter does the same plus more (like, umm make calls). So the PDA has been replaced by the watch, well not really. But this particular watch, is actually the Sharp Universal Remote which allows you to act as a remote control to change the channels of most commercial systems.

The watch costs about $12.00 - not a huge price  to pay for playing those geeky pranks on video retailers.
