I guess it is the same as the gambling or porn industry. How much are we really exploiting from these people who want and want and want? Of course, industries like these promote "responsible _________" (insert product or activity here) or they usually go by the age restriction with the assumption that one is responsible enough at the age of 18.
On record, I was also a World of Warcraft player for about a year, but only having played a total of 30 real time days (wow, that is still a lot). I left almost a year ago because work was suffering, so was my social life, and the opportunity cost was just too great.
