Scratch the lesson plans - for most of the content is driven by the class members as lesson supplements via message boards and "Campus spotlights."
The same model can actually be applied to an entire corporation, divided by management levels and departments where instead of having to create an internal forum or blog, a corporation can just make use of outsourced services like Digication (although this one is limited to students) to keep costs low.
