
I personally agree with this notion, coming from a history where my family would usually gather around the living room to play board games. This is basically the same thing, but done in front of the television. The only difference is that you aren't passively glued to the screen.
Wii doesn't boast blistering chip speeds or cutting-edge graphics. Still, it's a cool game console and boasts some unique features, such as a wireless controller that can send a signal up to 30 feet away. It will retail for about $250 in the U.S. and include one wireless controller, one "Nunchuk" controller, and five different sports games.
