Third is the price of food and drink. How much are you willing to pay to work away from office? Is the coffee refillable? Do  they have promos where you get free coffee whenever you make use of their wireless service?

Would it actually be more efficient for you to work IN the office than OUTSIDE, taking into account that the only reason why you're out is to avoid your boss? (Although I empathize with you).
