The High Definition (HD) market is getting highly competitive and more than giving competition to fellow brands, it seems R&D engineers are working hard to outscore their fellow colleagues.
Japanese major Hitachi earlier launched the PJ-TX200, a HD projector by now starting to look like a perfect PJ (Poor Joke). Hitachi next month plans to unveil the PJ-TX300, the newer model when compared to its predecessor's 7,000:1 stats will have a contrast ratio of 10,000:1. It has an HDMI socket, 10 bit video processing, three LCDs shining at a brightness of 1200 ANSI lumens from 150W bulb and amazing 10 bit video processing ready to take on over 1 billion colors. Out next month, it would be going around €1900.
