Having a phone as a wristwatch is one of those ideas, which sound cool on paper, but isn't all that easy to pull off.  Australian based Mtrack, however, has put some thought into this, and has come up with a hot product, which it claims has 1.2 million for orders already, although it is only going to come out in December 2006!

Comes with a speakerphone and Bluetooth of course, so you don't look like weird holding up your watch to your ear.  Also comes with speech to text messaging, so your SMS worries are addressed.
