
Here is their strategy for the Zune player:
- Leveraging the Xbox's hype and target that market for a new "iPod"
- Make wireless features, the same thing that gives the Xbox added value, useful.
- Scrap the $.99 per song scheme of iTMS and have variable pricing for music which you can buy anywhere with a wireless connection
