Iomega REV disks up to 70GB
Remember those Iomega REV disks? These are the second generation ZIP disks we placed in ZIP drives a long time ago. Well, the company is upping the ante by doubling the memory storage capacity of REV disks to 70GB from 35GB.

While DVDs can hold 4.7 Gbytes of capacity, however, a dual-layer HD-DVD can hold an estimated 45 Gbytes; a Blu-Ray disc can hold 50 Gbytes. The 70-GByte REV discs also are removable and rewriteable. However, Iomega has positioned the REV against DAT72 tape drives as a backup solution for small and medium businesses as well as content creation firms.
