Though it may be painful to admit, there is money that can be made from the less fortunate, whose spending habits are actually more expensive per day than those who can afford. This is because the poor don't buy in bulk.

Someone invented a portable homeless shelter, based upon the grocery cart stereotype that we see when we walk on the streets. Question is, does this really solve the problem of poverty? Or is there something else going on beneath all this, where the poor choose to live on the streets - so might as well make them live comfortably?
