Shuttle, the company famous for making Small Form Factor (SFF) PCs a hit with gaming enthusiasts and business users alike, has come up with the XPC X100 ultra small PC that is half the MiniPC's dimensions. It looks much more at home sitting beside the latest HD DVD or Blu-ray player than at the office desk. The X100 is powered by an Intel 1.83GHz Core Duo chip and comes with a 3.5" hard disk drive with a capacity of 250GB and above, a slot-loading DVD player, 256MB DDR2 RAM, and internal USB socket for connectivity options, the ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 graphics card, and an external 120W power supply. Prices for the X100 begin from $1,000 upwards depending on specifications. Looks like an upgrade in RAM will make this the perfect SoHo computer.
