Motorola decides to release a slider. Hailing from the initial design of the ultra thin and fashionista RAZR, the Capri (a code name pray tell, because we're expecting another vowel deprived marketing hype for this one) is a compact slider phone that is assured to be a hit for wannabee Motorola converts who were iffy about the whole clamshell concept.As with more recent RAZR handsets, the Capri sports a microSD memory card slot for music and photos. Photo taking is handled by the new 2 MP camera, and the results we saw from this early unit were quite a pleasant surprise considering the relatively weak performance of megapixel+ cameras from Motorola in the past.
