So, for those of us who have top secret files saved on our computers, the kind that explode 10 seconds after you read them, may want to check out this nifty gadget from Microsoft.  They have a new and improved fingerprint reader that is now compatible with Firefox.  Apparently, when Microsoft first rolled out the product, it would not work with a Firefox browser.  Considering the ever growing popularity of Firefox, this obviously created big problems.   Finally we now have a simple Firefox extension that allows you to use this Microsoft Fingerprint Reader with Firefox.

With this new and improved fingerprint reader, you can ensure that nobody gets on the computer and steals all of your top-secret, super important, information.  Okay, so am I the only one without one thing on my computer that would actually be of interest to the outside world.  I better get a fingerprint reader so nobody snoops on the computer and catches a glimpse of the latest pictures of my cat (he's in a sweater by the way, does that make it more top secret).  This tool would probably actually benefit some of you, sense you might actually have something of crucial importance on your computer (when IS the bomb scheduled to go off, by the way?)

Now you can integrate this fingerprint reader by simply installing a Firefox extension.  This is great for all of us Firefox lovers, now I just have to find something more "top secret" to put on my computer, maybe a picture of my cat in sunglasses...yeah!
