I work in a call center and deal with different colleagues and clients all over the world. It doesn’t stop in the USA, but also in the Asia Pacific and the UK. It’s difficult enough to keep up with the numerous time zones for just one country yet the number of cities as well. I constantly get meeting invites for conference calls and need to prioritize those that are done locally.
This little software called Qlock has made my job easier. It has been a success that a lot of my co-workers have been using it in their own desktops. Some managers have wanted to place it in agent desktops as well instead of providing clocks on the walls.
I use it for free but if you’re interested in getting the additional features, you can purchase it for $14.95.
