Nikon P1 Digital Camera - Great For On The Go Photos
Nikon-Coolpix-P1.jpgI bought the Nikon P1 from Costco about a month ago.

I tried the Canon SD 500 but the flash was way overpowering and washed out every picture I took.

I really wanted a camera I could drop in my pocket and still walk normally.  The P1 is perfect size for that.

What I really like about it is that it is an 8 megapixel camera...meaning it can print large pictures or be cropped and still look good.

I take this camera with me to work and take some great pictures easily.

The best part of the camera is the fact that it has wi-fi built in.  That means that it can wirelessly transmit pictures to my computer either right after I take them, or whenever I am ready to send them over.

It has 32mb of built in memory, hardly anything.  I have a 1 gb SD card that can store about 350 pictures before it is full...the battery will run out before I ever took that many pictures.

If you need a digital camera for the job site, to take pictures of office staff for your company website, or anything else for that matter, the Nikon Coolpix P1 is a great choice.

If you have a question about the P1, please leave a comment and I'll try to help you make an informed buying decision.

If you have a P1 currently, leave a comment with your favorite feature!

This sounds like a great little camera, similar to what I am looking for. Something small that takes good pictures. Can you purchase this online?

Michelle,

It is available at a lot of different places online. I'd check shopping.com, froogle.com or epinions.com
